These Terms of Service govern your use of astronomicalcoffee.co (the "Site"), operated by Virtue LLC doing business as Astronomical Coffee ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to break its security, copying its content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful.

Products and descriptions

Our coffees are freshly roasted to order. We work to describe and photograph each product accurately, but colors, packaging, and flavor notes may vary slightly from batch to batch. Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payment is due when you place your order.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States, usually within 3–5 business days of being placed. Shipping is free on U.S. orders. International orders are welcome and may include shipping charges, plus any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Information page for details. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Astronomical Coffee name, logo, label designs, photos, and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order involved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
